Teen Ministry

Elevate Youth Group meets at Bethel every Wednesday at 6:30pm. We love camaraderie and gaming, contemporary worship and Bible teaching. Elevate often has time in small groups designed for prayer and more personal conversation; we want to challenge and support each other!

A typical Elevate gathering will include games, worship, teaching, videos, small group time and food. We try to balance discussion of hot-button issues with sound Bible teaching. We are committed to service in our church, community, and the wider world, as well as encouraging personal spiritual growth through prayer and discipleship as we walk through life together.

Friday School

Junior High Friday School classes meet from 8:30-9:15am and the Senior High group meets from 9:20-10:00 at the Ignite Youth Center next to Fosston High School nearly every Friday during the school year.

Pastors Tyler Stynsberg and Josh Johnson teach the class together, with the 2022-2023 curriculum going through the TV series Acts to Revelations.

Missions

Missions and evangelism are a central part of the ministry of Elevate.  With groups that have gone to Africa and Guatemala along with local missions opportunities as they arise.

Summer Camp

Camps are the apex of the summer ministry at Bethel and run through most of July. Our camp is located six miles south of Fosston via county highway 6 on the east side of Sand Hill Lake.  The grounds  are meticulously taken care of and run exceptionally well by Manager Don Vanklompenburg. Our summer camps are a time to be intentional about drawing nearer to God as well as building friendships and having a ton of fun! Youth Events

We offer youth events during the course of the year as an added opportunity for kids to have Christian fellowship together and promote relational growth with our adult leaders.  Past and future events include, tubing, horseback riding, movie nights, game nights, lock ins, canoe trips, biking in Itasca and much more.

Discipleship

Discipleship and leadership are a big part of Elevate Student Ministries.  Regular Wednesday night small groups and Bible studies provide an opportunity to dig deeper in our walk with God together by working through tough questions together and solidifying a strong foundation based on sound doctrine.
